*The charcoal grilled meat included in the course is made from muscular, chewy "parent chicken" that is commonly eaten in Miyazaki Prefecture.It may feel a bit hard at first, but the more you chew it, the more flavor you'll enjoy, and you'll soon become addicted to the chewy texture.
