*The charcoal grilled meat included in the course is made from muscular, chewy "parent chicken" that is commonly eaten in Miyazaki Prefecture.It may feel a bit hard at first, but the more you chew it the more delicious it becomes, and you'll soon become addicted to its chewy texture.

(1) In general, eating raw meat carries the risk of food poisoning.

(2) Children, the elderly, and others with weak resistance to food poisoning should refrain from eating raw.
