*Kagura Chicken Tataki is made by searing the surface of the chicken over charcoal and grilling it rare, so please enjoy it while it's fresh.
*The charcoal grilled meat included in the course is made from muscular, chewy "parent chicken" that is commonly eaten in Miyazaki Prefecture.It may feel a bit hard at first, but the more you chew it the more delicious it becomes, and you'll soon become addicted to its chewy texture.
